Young Actor's Work Shops

After School or Lunch Drama Program objectives

The student will learn the basic stage, theatre, and film techniques by participating in various theatre games, creative play, improvisation and sensory exercises, this will help harness the student actor’s sense awareness, movement, voice and speech; incorporates role playing and costume usage.
These techniques will help:

1. Develop trust between the actor and the group

2. Enhance the actor’s self-confidence

3. Develop a positive attitude towards themselves and their work

4. To encourage risk-taking in their acting work.

5. To train the body and voice.

Duration: 8-10 weeks
